IQ Gecko is a Loyalty and Gift Card platform called "Sticky Feet" which is a monthly subscription internet platform for retailers, groups and franchises - giving marketing functionality to "engage" the customer - similar to the "Myer One" Card.
An "engaged" customer with a loyalty card gives you more than six times the sales that a customer with only a loyalty card alone.
Because over 80% of people want to receive a Gift Card - the Sticky Feet platform allows the merchant to offer and track Gift Cards (with no merchant service fees).
As well as reporting facilities for the merchant, IQ Gecko also includes complimentary internet registrations and points lookups for the customers.
The Sticky Feet platform - powered by IQ Gecko - has been launched Australia wide by Suncorp Bank as their loyalty and Gift Card platform on their EFTPOS terminals.
